Start with the date you need your photographs

Your ceremony date and your photo deadline may be different. If you need images for a yearbook, an announcement or a celebration, send that deadline when you inquire. Mini and Signature galleries are delivered within two weeks; Premium galleries in 4–6 weeks after the session. Printing and announcement design need their own time.

If the deadline is close, ask before booking. Expedited delivery in 1–3 days is a separately quoted paid add-on, subject to a confirmed price and availability.

Plan a cap-and-gown look and a look that feels like you

Bring your cap, gown and the graduation details you want to remember. Check that everything is ready to wear before the session. A favorite outfit, an achievement or a detail from this chapter can add variety without turning the session into a long list of props.

Mini allows one outfit, Signature allows up to two and Premium up to three. Choose the package that gives your ideas room, including time for any change of clothes.

Share campus or location ideas early

Tell me your school and the exact setting or landmarks you hope to include. Campus access, photography rules, events, crowds and the walk between locations should be checked with the relevant campus before finalizing the plan. A session booking does not grant access to restricted spaces.

One meaningful location can offer several backgrounds. If you want multiple stops, share them before booking so we can match the route to your package. Premium includes two nearby locations within its two-hour session time, including transfers.

Tell me who is joining

If you want a few photographs with a loved one or friend, include that in the plan. A larger group or several individual graduates may need different coverage from one person’s session. Share the names of the groupings you want and the total number of people so the scope is clear before you reserve.

A quick preparation checklist

You do not need to practice poses. I’ll guide you during the session and make room for portraits that celebrate your own milestone.

EPCC and Union Plaza: choosing your route

Katy’s graduation story includes EPCC and Union Plaza. Mia and Celeste’s confirmed graduation sessions were also photographed at EPCC. Tell me which campus and landmarks are meaningful to you; “EPCC” alone does not identify the meeting place.

One campus, a simpler session

Choose a priority landmark and a nearby second background. Plan the cap-and-gown photographs first if those are essential, then an outfit change when your package allows it. Keep the walking route manageable.

Campus plus downtown

A second setting can add variety, but driving, parking and changing clothes consume time. Map the transfer before selecting a package. Two places must fit the agreed session scope; the locations in Katy’s story are an example of past work, not a fixed package.

Use EPCC’s campus information and maps to identify the exact campus. Its visitor parking guidance states that visitor parking is available on all campuses without a parking permit. Student, staff and other parking categories have their own rules. Parking access does not by itself grant permission to photograph in a building or reserved space.

El Paso lists Union Plaza Park among its reservable areas. Confirm the exact downtown location, current events and photography arrangements before fixing the route. These are independent portrait sessions; university or college affiliation is not implied.

High-school seniors

Share your yearbook specifications and deadline, including whether your school requires a particular background, crop or approved provider. Confirm those requirements before booking a session for yearbook use. Your personal senior portraits can also include the interests and details you want to remember.

EPCC and city resources reviewed October 7, 2026. Confirm campus photography access and date-specific conditions directly before the session.
