MANDO GALLEGOS PHOTOGRAPHY
Data Deletion & Privacy Requests
Effective October 21, 2026 · Version 2026-10-21
Mando Gallegos handles privacy questions and requests for access, a copy, correction or deletion of personal information. Requests are reviewed manually; submitting one does not automatically export or delete records.
Email [email protected] for questions or privacy requests.
How to send a request
Email [email protected], preferably from the address used for your inquiry or booking. Alternatively, use the online contact form: choose Something else / custom photography and begin your message with Privacy request. Phone, session date and location can be left blank. Say what you would like to access, correct or delete; a name and booking or session reference may help locate the information.
Do not send passwords, MFA codes, card numbers, government identity documents or private photographs unless a specific need and a suitable way to provide them have been agreed. You do not need to create an account or consent to optional tracking to make a request.
Verification and authorized requests
We verify that the request concerns the right person before disclosing or deleting information. Normally this uses control of the existing contact email and limited booking or session context, without government identity documents. If the contact details do not match, proportionate additional verification may be necessary. Tell us if you are acting as a parent, guardian or authorized representative so we can confirm your authority.
What happens after receipt
Mando reviews the scope, relevant studio records, provider copies and any applicable retention obligations. Request handling and outcomes are recorded privately. Information provided to handle the request is used for verification, fulfillment and documenting the response rather than marketing.
Where access is appropriate, we arrange a response through a verified channel and avoid disclosing another person’s private information. For deletion or correction, we explain what can be completed and any lawful exceptions, such as necessary tax, payment, contract, legal or security records. External backup and provider processes can affect when copies are removed. We explain relevant limits rather than promising immediate deletion of every copy.
Timing, decisions and appeals
We respond without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law. Where the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act applies, the response is due within 45 days of receiving the request; a necessary extension of up to 45 more days is explained within the initial period. A shorter applicable legal deadline takes priority. These Texas provisions do not imply that every visitor or every studio record is covered by that Act.
If a request is refused or limited, we explain the reason and how to ask for reconsideration. You can appeal by emailing the studio with Privacy appeal in the subject or submitting an appeal through the same online form. Where Texas’s statutory appeal process applies, a written appeal response is provided within 60 days. If that appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to the Texas Attorney General. This process does not limit any other right to contact a regulator or seek a remedy.
Tracking, publication and email
Change optional Google and Meta choices in Cookie preferences without submitting a request. An inquiry or booking is not a marketing subscription. Contact us about photograph or testimonial publication permission, identifying only what is necessary to locate it. A future newsletter will provide separate marketing permission and unsubscribe handling.
We do not deny photography services merely because you exercise a privacy right. Some information remains necessary to arrange or perform a service, and we will explain if a request affects what we can provide.
